- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND across primary year groups
- Assist teachers in implementing personalised learning plans
- Adapt resources and activities to meet individual needs
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
- Monitor and record pupil progress, reporting to the class teacher and SENCO
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Work flexibly across different year groups and adapt to varying needs
- Contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing practices across the school
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning (or equivalent) is desirable
- Proven experience working with pupils with SEND in a school setting
- Ability to work flexibly across different year groups and adapt to changing requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of strategies to support diverse learning needs
- Committed to promoting inclusion and safeguarding children
