Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking for your next career move in the South West? This well-regarded law firm in Plymouth is expanding and looking to hire a new team member due to increasing demand in its Private Client department

The Role: Private Client Lawyer – Full or Part-Time Considered

You’ll handle a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

  • Wills & Estate Planning
  • Probate & Estate Administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
  • Trusts and Tax Planning
  • Optional work on Court of Protection matters

Support is available from dedicated paralegal and admin staff, allowing you to focus on technical legal work
