Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage the flow of traffic on the construction site, ensuring the safety of workers, visitors, and the general public.
• Control access to designated areas and enforce site-specific traffic management plans.
• Assist in the coordination of vehicle movements, including deliveries, collections, and site machinery.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and site personnel to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report any incidents, near misses, or hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS Vehicle Marshal card is essential.
• Proven experience as a Traffic Marshal or Vehicle Marshal in a construction or similar environment.
• Sound understanding of traffic management regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
