What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience supporting children with SEND is desirable
  • Empathy & Adaptability: Patient, approachable, and responsive to pupil needs
  • Team Player: Able to work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff
  • Compliance: Must have suitable references and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply)
