Position: Internal Sales Coordinator
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to 28,000 per annum (based on experience)
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch, hour on Fridays)
What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Provide accurate quotes based on customer requirements.
- Liaise with customers on project updates, lead times, and technical assistance.
- Collaborate with the design team to price and quote projects effectively.
- Code orders for seamless processing by operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing aftercare needs such as returns and tech support.
- Work alongside our Sales team to ensure timely deliveries and meet lead times.
- Conduct project take-offs, translating schematics into actionable quotes.
What We're Looking For:
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and building relationships comes naturally to you!
- Proficiency in computer literacy and a working knowledge of relevant software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly.
- A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of your work.
