Vibe Recruit are currently recruiting for experienced Production Line and Sub-Assembly Operatives to join a busy and expanding manufacturing department based in Mamhilad, Pontypool.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Friday: 7:30am - 2:45pm
Location: Mamhilad, Pontypool
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: 12.21 per hour (rising to 12.59 after successful training)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling parts and components on the production line
- Carrying out sub-assembly work using various hand tools
- Meeting production and quality targets
- Following set processes and instructions accurately
- Working efficiently at a fast pace
- Maintaining strong attention to detail
- Supporting a team environment and working independently when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or assembly environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods during your shift
- Ability to carry out repetitive, dexterous tasks accurately
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and good timekeeping
- Driving licence and own transport preferred due to location
