This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a major transformation programme, shaping sustainable service delivery and impactful change.As the Organisational Development Partner, you will support and lead aspects of a high-profile transformation programme. Working closely with senior leaders, finance teams, and a central project team, your role will focus on organisational redesign, effective change delivery, and ensuring the people agenda is at the forefront throughout the programme.In return, you’ll receive a salary starting at £48,000 per annum, along with enhanced annual leave entitlement, flexible hybrid working arrangements, and access to a range of additional benefits. You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact from day one.Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to redesign services to address financial challenges and shape future operating models.
  • Ensure all people-related impacts are considered, planned for, and communicated effectively during periods of change.
  • Lead employee relations activity during transformation, including collective consultation planning and regular engagement with Trade Unions.
  • Coordinate HR and OD project workstreams, including producing guidance documents and FAQs to support colleagues and leaders.
  • Provide generalist HR support to a small business area, acting as a key partner on day-to-day and strategic matters.
  • Line manage a Senior HR Adviser, offering guidance, coaching, and development support.
You will bring:
  • Proven experience in organisational development and supporting complex transformation programmes.
  • A successful track record of delivering change within challenging and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders and employee representatives.
  • A pragmatic, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.
  • Expertise in HR strategy, change management, and employee relations.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience.
