Guest Services Manager (Full-Time or Part-Time Job Share)
£30k-£35k + Bonus | 25-40 hours/week | Poole office
Our client operate across five premium brands. They provide high-end accommodation for the corporate and leisure sectors.
Due to an increase in workload they are now hiring either one full-time or two part-time Guest Services Managers to lead their Guest Services team. You’ll be the main contact for guests post-booking, ensuring their experience is smooth, personal, and exceeds expectations. This includes managing check-ins, coordinating with operations, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service throughout their stay.
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years in high-end hospitality/customer service

2+ years managing teams (5+ people)
