Day-to-day of the role:
  • Make a high volume of proactive outbound calls and respond to customer emails promptly.
  • Schedule appointments for Business Development Managers (BDMs) and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Manage quote requests, liaising with internal teams to ensure accuracy on stock, pricing, and delivery.
  • Analyse customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and whitespace products.
  • Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems with all customer interactions and account details.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and support BDMs with strategic planning.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs to suggest relevant product ranges.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Finance, Marketing, and Procurement to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Confident in phone and virtual selling.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data analysis skills.
