Job Title: CNC Setter/Operator (Turning)
Location: Poole
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
Salary: 32,000 - 36,000 + shift allowance
Working Hours:
- Week 1: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm (Mon-Fri)
- Week 2: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Mon-Thurs)
37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Set and operate CNC turning machines efficiently
- Maintain high quality standards and minimise non-conformance
- Perform routine machine maintenance to reduce downtime
- Comply with all health and safety procedures
About You
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC setting and operation
- Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- High attention to detail and strong quality focus
- Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience with Siemenss and/or Fanuc controls
- Skilled in working with aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel, and composites
