Salary: 28kpa+ DOE
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS LASER OR PUNCH PRESS EXPERIENCE
Platinum Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established engineering company in Poole, who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Laser Punch Operative to join their production team.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality components.

What's involved?
- Operating and setting CNC Laser and/or Punch Press machines
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure parts meet specification
- Performing basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Working to production schedules and targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience operating a CNC Laser Cutter or Punch Press
- Ability to read and understand technical/engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
