Your Company:This business is well established within the construction and building industry, with more than a decade of previous history in delivering excellent quality products to their expanding customer base. Alongside their products they also offer a range of services for their clients providing an all-round valuable experience. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the financial security of the business, whereby the position holder will be chasing down outstanding payments, whilst also maintaining a level of professionalism in order to keep customer relations positive.Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Proactively contacting clients to discuss outstanding payments, ensuring that a professional phone etiquette is maintained
Identifying overdue invoices by accurately analysing accounts payable data
Processing payments onto the system and updating financial records to reflect this
Resolving any payment discrepancies in conjunction with the finance team
Using the accounting software provided accurately and efficiently to support credit control activities

What you will need to Apply:The ideal candidate for this role will have a good amount of experience within a telemarketing role with a focus on credit control and be a confident communicator on the phone. Applicants should be able to analyse and understand financial data. Excellent data entry and detail orientated skills are a must. Applicants should ideally be familiar with financial services procedures and have an understanding of the credit control process.
