Working as part of the Customer Services team, this is a key role supporting and working closely with customers. The primary focus will be responding to customer requests and queries by phone, online chat and email to maximise customer satisfaction.

Requirements of the Customer Services Assistant:

Responsibilities of the Customer Services Assistant:

  • Resolving customer queries and technical issues on the products.
  • Respond to customer billing information requests.
  • Resolving daily service issues, logging faults and updating tickets.
  • Order processing.
  • Raising sales invoices.
  • Credit control.
  • Logging all customer interactions on the company CRM system.
  • Maintaining customer data.
  • Processing invoices and proforma requests.
  • Processing credit notes and refunds.
