Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with our fast growing and reputable client within the telecoms sector who are now looking to recruit a Customer Services Assistant to join their expanding team. Full training will be provided for the suitable candidate.

Working as part of the Customer Services team, this is a key role supporting and working closely with customers. The primary focus will be responding to customer requests and queries by phone, online chat and email to maximise customer satisfaction.

Requirements of the Customer Services Assistant:

  • Resolving customer queries and technical issues on the products.
  • Respond to customer billing information requests.
  • Resolving daily service issues, logging faults and updating tickets.
  • Order processing.
  • Raising sales invoices.
  • Credit control.
  • Logging all customer interactions on the company CRM system.
  • Maintaining customer data.
  • Processing invoices and proforma requests.
  • Processing credit notes and refunds.
