Chartered wealth planning practice in the heart of Poole are recruiting for a Paraplanner to work within their advisory team to deliver high-quality paraplanning support to advisers, clients, and prospects.

As a package you will receive a basic salary of upto £45k starting, hybrid and flexible working partterns, financial rewards for introducing new business, employee events, flexible working after probation, death in service, pension 3%, a profit-related bonus scheme, career development, exam support and discounted financial advice.

Ideal candidates will have been paraplanning for over 2 years and hold the Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum, you will desire to obtain chartered status. You will posses an excellent understanding of current Financial Services products and legislation and have worked with Intelligent Office.

Duties such as:

· Discuss clients’ objectives with adviser in order to prepare information/reports/comparisons for analysis

· Review quality of advice proposed by adviser

· Complete tax computations including Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax using appropriate tools

· Complete other tax computations relating to Chargeable Gains on Investment Bonds using appropriate tools

· Analyse the potential implications for the withdrawal of Income from a Pension or exceeding the Annual Allowance of funding using appropriate tools

· Produce quality suitability reports and associated document enclosures, in preparation for client meetings in line with Company standards

· Attend and participate in client meetings as required by the Company
