Join our dynamic People team as a Recruitment Specialist, where you will be instrumental in driving full-cycle recruitment processes, enhancing our employer brand, and engaging with the community to position our company as an employer of choice. This role offers a unique blend of recruitment, community outreach, and employer branding, ideal for someone with a passion for people and culture.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Partner with hiring managers to define and benchmark role requirements across various functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and team culture.
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms including job boards, social media, and internal channels, and represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Handle all recruitment activities using Talos ATS, from vacancy approval to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Conduct candidate pre-screening, interviews, and manage the offer process, focusing on providing a consistent and engaging candidate experience.
  • Review and refine job descriptions to ensure clarity and appeal to a diverse talent pool.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition with comprehensive support and clear communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners for recruitment and community engagement initiatives.
  • Actively promote and manage the company’s employer brand across various channels.
  • Support the People team with general and operational tasks, contributing to internal events and other people-focused initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment-focused role, with a track record of managing end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and familiar with social media and marketing principles within recruitment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Genuine, approachable, and committed to enhancing candidate care and experience.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of recruitment metrics and performance outcomes.
