As a Technical Sales Support, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries via email and phone
- Supporting dealers and distributors with technical queries
- Processing sales orders and quotations using Sage
- Delivering structured product training sessions
- Coordinating technical information across departments
As a Technical Sales Support, your experience will include:
- Strong IT literacy, ideally with Sage or similar ERP/CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in technical, training or administrative support roles
- Understanding of hydraulic, electronic, or hardware systems
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
