- Enforcing Health & Safety policies, ensuring compliance, proper reporting, and provision of required safety equipment and workwear
- Maintaining strong housekeeping standards with 5S principles embedded in daily operations
- Overseeing staff to ensure duties align with company policies, ISO procedures, and training guides
- Reviewing and improving processes to embed lean practices and promote continuous improvement
- Supporting Works Order planning and taking full ownership of execution
- Managing the timely reordering and replenishment of all badging consumables, including heat seal transfers
- Leading and developing the team, including recruitment, training, monthly 1:1s, performance management, return-to-work interviews, and resource planning to meet SLAs, demand, and budget
- Raising purchase orders in line with workload and customer demand
- Ensuring all machinery, equipment, and vehicles are maintained, serviced, and safe for use, with contracts and preventative measures in place
- Overseeing training compliance, ensuring staff sign relevant procedures, toolbox talks, and guides before carrying out activities, and support in creating/updating training materials
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of internal-use products (e.g., packaging, labels, paper)
- Producing management reports, KPIs, and data analysis to support operational oversight
- Strong experience within a similar role
- Exposure to a manufacturing environment and badging/production remit
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach and can-do attitude
- Good team manager, with vital leadership skills
