Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Poole, Dorset
Project Type: New Build Industrial Units
Contract Duration: 9 Months
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of new build industrial units in Poole. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors and direct labour.

Ensure works are carried out in line with programme, drawings, and specifications.

Drive site health & safety compliance in accordance with company and statutory requirements.

Coordinate materials, logistics, and site resources.

Manage progress meetings, liaising with clients, consultants, and senior management.

Monitor quality control and ensure snag-free delivery.

Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues.
Requirements:

Proven track record as a Site Manager on new build industrial or commercial projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Sound knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and building regulations.

Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage programmes effectively.
-
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
