As a Machine Shop Operative, your responsibilities will include:

Operating manual machines to produce precision components
Inspecting own work to ensure quality standards are met
Supporting the wider production team with general shop duties
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

As a Machine Shop Operative, your experience will include:

Previous experience in a machine shop or engineering setting
Hands-on knowledge of at least one of the following: Honing, Knurling, Splining, Lathe work, or Gear Cutting
CNC experience would be a huge advantage
Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions
