Description
- Identify potential land for acquisition and appraise its suitability for residential development.
- Negotiate and secure the purchase of land for development.
- Work closely with the construction department to ensure smooth transitions from acquisition to development.
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, landowners and agents.
- Monitor market trends in the property sector to inform acquisition strategies.
- Prepare and present acquisition proposals to senior management.
- Manage due diligence process for potential acquisitions.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure all legal aspects of land acquisition are handled appropriately.
Profile
A successful 'Land Manager' should have:
