This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in property sales who can confidently manage the sales process from valuation to completion while delivering outstanding customer service.As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our client's sales operation, taking ownership of your pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and driving performance across valuations, listings, negotiations, and sales progression.

Our client is looking for someone who is fun, but totally professional, and who drives and is articulate.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager, you will have

  • Proven experience in residential property sales, ideally at a senior or negotiator level
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be professional, presented with a superb communication manner
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • A proactive, goal-driven attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to identify and convert commercial opportunities
  • Highly organised with excellent diary and time management
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple sales pipelines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Calm, empathetic, and solution-focused under pressure, especially during sales progression
  • Confident using CRM systems and property portals
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Team player
