Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their well-established independent estate agency in Dorset.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has experience in valuations and winning new instructions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling sales from start to finish, from initial enquiries to completion.
- Carrying out valuations and appraisals, securing new instructions with confidence.
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating the best possible deals for clients.
- Maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and solicitors to keep the process running smoothly.
- Keeping up to date with the local property market, providing accurate advice to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency.
- Strong valuation and listing experience - confident in winning new business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ambitious, target-driven, and self-motivated.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
