Responsibilities:

As a Service Coordinator, you will:

  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of service operations
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Manage service requests and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve service issues promptly
  • Monitor service performance metrics and suggest improvements
