The role offers a hybrid working arrangement of 4 days on-site and 1 day remote, and the position is inside IR35.

We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a major industrial project. You'll manage contracts, claims, variations, and documentation while ensuring compliance with NEC4 and liaising with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Strong M&E experience within industrial, chemical, nuclear, power, or petrochemical sectors
Proven contract management and claims experience
NEC4 knowledge essential; RICS accreditation beneficial

QS degree or equivalent in Law/related discipline
