Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support across a range of business functions.
  • Accurately processing customer orders and maintaining related records.
  • Ensuring timelines and customer expectations are consistently met.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal enquiries and liaising with various departments.
  • Maintaining accurate client records on the company’s CRM system.

The Ideal Candidate Will Need:

  • Previous experience within an administrative role.
  • To demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset.
  • To possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • To work well independently and take initiative while being a reliable team player.
