Position Highlights:
- Role: Design Manager

- Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in cladding (fire remediation experience highly desirable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Applying technical knowledge of fire safety regulations, cladding systems, and materials used in envelope cladding
- Managing design stages and coordinating with architects, fire engineers, and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Problem-solving during planning and on-site activities
- Utilizing technical tools and software such as Auto-Cad or similar for managing design tasks
- Effectively communicating with design houses, consultants, and other project stakeholders
- Managing budgets, cost estimations, and value engineering
- Mentoring and leading a design team to drive project success
Salary Band: 65,000 - 85,000 per annum
