Do you enjoy working in sales, confident in meeting people in person, have ability to provide an excellent customer service and capability to offer products to help find the perfect made-to-measure solution for their homes If so, this role could be for you!
You’ll attend pre-booked, in-home appointments to understand each customer’s needs and provide tailored recommendations from a bespoke premium range. You will also meet customers in the show room demonstrating goods, converting sales and booking appointments to attend an in person measure.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as most of your time will be spent visiting clients in their homes where a company vehicle will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations, identifying customer needs and providing tailored product solutions
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of the product range confidently and professionally
- Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively
- Manage website leads and achieve a high conversion rate from supplied appointments
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Take part in ongoing training to develop sales techniques and product expertise
Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in measuring/estimating and sales closing is ideal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, friendly, and professional with a customer-first attitude
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence required
- Confident computer user with attention to details

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday office hours (40 hours per week)
Salary
- £26,000 - £30,000 + OTE (Circa £45K - uncapped so could be far more!)
