Customer Services Administrator
We're on the lookout for a proactive Customer Services Administrator to join our fast-paced manufacturing business based in Portsmouth. If you thrive in a busy environment and have a knack for keeping things moving, this could be the role for you.
What's the role about?
This position is all about the customer. You'll be the key link between our internal teams and clients-making sure products get where they need to be, when they need to be there. You will be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers and providing excellent service and support.
What you'll come with:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with customer service and planning would be ideal but not essential
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
