Reed is recruiting for an Account Manager who will be responsible for retaining and growing the existing customer portfolio. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the customer portfolio and develop strategies to capitalise on them.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and growth opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
