About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Multi-Trade Operative to join our team in Portsmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile tradesperson with proven experience across multiple disciplines, including plastering, brickwork, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and flooring.
This is a field-based role working across various domestic and commercial sites. A company van will be provided, but you must have your own tools to carry out the work effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a wide range of trade works including plastering, bricklaying, carpentry, plumbing, painting/decorating, and flooring

Work independently across multiple sites to complete high-quality repairs and refurbishments

Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard

Maintain good communication with clients, tenants, and team members

Keep company vehicle clean, roadworthy, and compliant
Requirements:

Proven experience across multiple trades (essential)

Full UK driving licence (required for van use)

Must supply your own tools

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative
