The Role

We are seeking a driven and consultative Account Manager with proven telecoms experience to take ownership of a brand-new portfolio of business customers. As the key point of contact, you’ll build long-term relationships, provide tailored solutions, and identify opportunities to upsell the latest telecoms products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of new business customers, acting as their trusted telecoms advisor.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and maximise upsell and cross-sell opportunities for telecoms solutions, including:
  • VoIP phone systems
  • High-speed business broadband
  • Mobile contracts and SIM-only plans
  • Unified communications tools
  • Cloud-based solutions
  • Provide consultative advice, tailoring packages to each client’s needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales opportunities in the CRM.
