- Making outbound calls/ emails to wholesalers and potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Liaising with current and old clients to build and maintain long standing relationships
- Account management of ongoing clients
- Actively developing the business by researching competitors and current market.
- Manage inbound sales queries and leads through online portals and other avenues
- Provide quotes, proposals and further information to clients
- Build lasting professional relationships.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth process
- Ad hoc administration, such as forecasting and updating internal databases
- Attending trade shows and visiting clients to build upon relationships
- Work toward sales targets
- Previous experience in a Sales /business development role (preferably B2B)
- Have a consultative approach to sales
- Have string relationship building skills / experience
- An excellent communicator.
- Self-motivated.
- Proficient in databases and Microsoft Office.
