Role: Senior Contract Manager
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: 50,000- 65,000DOE
This senior contract manager role is working for a reputable facitlities management business pased out of Portsmouth. Senior Contract Manager Role:
- To utilise your skills in client liaison and relationships building to bring on clients that you have built relationships with as well as source brand new relatinoships and clients
- Orgnaise meetings with clients in order to source new projects and contracts
- Liaisng with clients time schedules, budgets, full project lifecycle to set expectations
- Source contractors to deliver the work/projects
- Be able to make critical business decisions liaising with the directors and steakholders, finding new and innovative ways of project sourcing
- Eventually develop a tam beneath you that can be key account managers to clients as well as source new business, training and developing them.
Essential requirements and experience for the role:
- Experience in client liason and relationships building
- Have a large contact book fo clients that you would be able to bring across to the business
- Have knoweldge of contracts NEC and JCT (Desirable)
- Have a technical background (Desirable)
- Have a leadership mentality and strong desire to help build a business and grow with
- Be able to show examples of new clients won as well as value of projects and work won
