Essential Skills & Experience:

7–10 years of commercial experience, ideally in Defence or Military sectors
Proven ability to manage contracts with MOD and export clients
Solid understanding of contract law, terms & conditions (e.g., UK DEFCON or US FARs)
Strong working knowledge of export contracting, export control, and financing
Team leadership experience is essential
Strong analytical and communication skills
