A rare and exciting role on offer for a Contracts Manager to join an expanding multi territory contractor with the opportunity to join their thriving asbestos division as they undergo a period of high growth.
On offer is the chance to join a rapidly expanding contactor, you will hold a vital position as Contract Manager taking the lead on projects whilst having long term progress to Operations Manager as the division grows.
This company have been established over half a century and specialise in demolition, remediation and most recently Asbestos removal. Over the last 5 years they have been committed to growing the Asbestos division and have managed to gain various lucrative contracts valuing up to 1 million and therefore have a strong orderbook for 2025 and 2026. Due to their success there are in a great position to add an experience Contracts Manager into the division.
In this role you will take the lead on asbestos projects whilst reporting to the Operations Director. You will work on up to 5 projects at any given time overseeing the successful delivery from concept to completion. Responsibilities include tendering, planning, producing method and risk assessments and organising labour. You will be required to travel to nationwide sites a couple of times a month.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on asbestos projects with proven experience of delivering works on time and to budget.
It is imperative that you have a good understanding of Contracts Management with a Licensed Contracts Manger qualification. You will be looking to join a rapidly expanding contractor where you will hold a managerial role, assist a successful team and progress.

The role:
* Overseeing successful delivery of Asbestos projects valuing up to 1 million
* Providing competitive tenders for projects to ensure project wins
* Produce construction phased plans, submitting method and risk assessments overseeing projects
* Running projects through to invoicing and final accounts
The person:
* Contracts management experience working on Asbestos projects
* Strong Asbestos background
* Has a Licensed Contracts Management qualification or equivalent
* Highly motivated looking for long term progression
* Excellent communication skills
