This role will ensure you get 3 weeks’ worth of training, so you’ll get a proper introduction into the business before you get going.
This is actually a brand-new team that’s currently being built of an already well-established business.
The customer services and claims team were outsourced but are now being brought back in-house and they’re looking for an additional 6 people, making in total a team of 12.
Seeing as they’re growing, they’ll be plenty of opportunities for you. This particular business really promote professional development.
In fact, they’re recently promoted 3 staff. Proving that could be on the table for you too.
So even though you'll start off by helping customers when they call in to report a claim, general enquiries or any admin changes you could progress into the next step fairly quickly!
All they ask for is some previous experience in a customer orientated role and an eagerness to learn.
