The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Digital Marketing Executive to join our clients team on a temporary full-time basis, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate! You will play a hands-on, ownership-driven role in planning and executing digital campaigns that support brand building, lead generation, and business growth across multiple regions. This role is perfect for someone eager to make a visible impact, passionate about data-informed digital marketing, and excited by the opportunity to enhance the digital presence of a global B2B brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across international markets.
  • Take ownership of the organisation's LinkedIn presence: increase followers, drive engagement, build credibility, and develop a trusted B2B voice.
  • Execute and optimise email marketing campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms, supporting lead nurturing and regional growth initiatives.
  • Maintain and regularly update the company website (via CMS) with SEO-optimised content, campaign landing pages, and lead capture forms.
  • Develop and manage engaging, on-brand content for social, web, and email (e.g., case studies, promotional graphics, product highlights).
  • Contribute to the digital promotion of major international events and trade shows, helping to build awareness and attendance.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics across all digital channels, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms, maintaining a professional and cohesive visual and written identity.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and business units to align content with local market needs, customer expectations, and product messaging.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or content-focused role, ideally within B2B or international sectors.
  • Strong grasp of digital content strategy, branding, and lead generation in multi-region markets.

Platform & Software Proficiency:

  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager for both organic and paid B2B content.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Mailchimp for email campaign management and automation.
  • Website CMS for content publishing, SEO, and landing page management.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for measuring traffic and conversion metrics.
  • Google Search Console to optimise website visibility and resolve technical SEO issues.
  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating digital graphics and branded assets.
  • Social scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
