The Role

Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager with daily operations as a Nursing Home Deputy Manager.
- Oversee all clinical care plans and audits in your role as Clinical Lead.
- Supervise, motivate, and develop the nursing team to ensure top-quality care delivery.
- Uphold all CQC standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

About You

- Hold a valid RGN qualification and NMC PIN.
