Your new role
Our client is looking for a Clinical Care Lead on a temp contract, while they are looking for a long-term appointment (Note: If you are a strong candidate looking for a long-term perm appointment, please as advise as we may be able to put you forward).
As Clinical Care Lead, you will report directly to the Home Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered across the home. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee care planning and medication management, and support the team through supervision, training, and performance development. You'll also deputise for the Home Manager when required, lead clinical meetings, and liaise with external professionals to maintain outstanding care for residents.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid NMC registration and strong clinical knowledge.
  • Proven leadership experience in a care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to care planning, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Confidence in managing safeguarding referrals and clinical assessments.
  • The ability to inspire and support a multidisciplinary team.
