Position Details
Location: Portsmouth
Role: English Teacher
Start Date: November
Contract Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Daily Rate: Up to 232.57 (dependent on experience)
Experience, Training & Qualifications
We welcome applications from:
Recent graduates with a 2:1 degree or higher
Candidates with prior experience in UK secondary schools
Individuals with up-to-date safeguarding training (within the last year)
Holders of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:
Have the Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
Provide two professional references covering the last two years, ideally child-related
