  • Running A/B tests to test creative and copy variations.
  • Managing budgets and adjusting bids to keep campaigns efficient.
  • Sharing regular insights and reports with key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally across both Google and Bing Ads.
  • Certified in Google and Bing Ads.
  • Comfortable analysing campaign data and acting on it.
  • Familiar with testing strategies, bid management, and platform tools.
  • Experience with Meta Ads is a bonus, but not required.
  • Able to work independently while staying aligned with team and business goals.

What's On Offer:

  • £40,000 annual salary
  • Full-time, office-based role (Monday-Friday).
  • Company pension
  • Staff discount
