Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Orders Fulfilment Specialist to work for a superb company on a 6-month FTC initially.

You will ensure the seamless and efficient handling of customer tech services orders, from inception to delivery. Playing a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction by overseeing order processing, logistics coordination, and issue resolution. Ultimately contributing to the success and reputation of our organisation.

Duties include:

  • Manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team, suppliers and warehouse to maintain optimal service levels and inventory management.
  • Maintain meticulous records of orders, shipments, and returns, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal protocols.
  • Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of orders.
  • Implement tracking systems to monitor order progress and provide customers with real-time updates.

Personal requirements:

  • Experience in sales support/quotes/order processing
  • Able to work under pressure, think on your feet with a keen eye for attention to detail
  • Strong organisational Skills, able to manage own time effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to highlight missed or incorrect information on both Client PO and Vendor quotation/ information
  • MS Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

PLEASE NOTE: This role requires attendance to client locations e.g. Central London / Buckinghamshire / South Coast a few times a month with expenses being paid.

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: circa £35,000

Benefits: 33 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays), Company Pension Scheme, Private Health Care.
