Contract
We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support the development of a critical satellite communications management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop system designs based on customer requirements
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Design Authorities to manage the product backlog
- Model system and software architecture using UML/SysML
- Document system interfaces and interactions (ICDs/IRDs)
- Conduct peer reviews and support development teams in understanding system models
Essential Skills:
- Experience in SatCom and defence projects
- Proficiency in UML/SysML modelling
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
Desirable:
- Knowledge of radio planning, Agile methodologies, and software development
- Degree in Computer Science or related field (2:1 or above preferred)
- Exposure to Software Defined Networking and network management tools
