The Role
We're looking for a young fast paced and enthusiastic individual to join our ever-growing team. This might be your dream job if you enjoy working as part of small team who is made to feel wanted. The Painting team is made up of 2 individuals who play a vital part of ensuring the business runs as effectively and efficiently as possible and due to ongoing high demand we are looking to add to the team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Conducting small plastic and metal repairs on laptop corners, lids, grilles, etc.
• Prepping, masking, respraying and demasking laptops daily to a high standard.
• Mixing and adjusting paint to achieve the perfect match when necessary.
• Taking pride and care in the work produced, ensuring attention to detail.
• Demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work independently when required, while meeting set targets.
• Experimenting with different paintwork and techniques to enhance the overall quality of the laptops.

Essential Knowledge & Skills:
• Reliable individual who wants to progress within a fast-paced business.
• Experience in all aspects of refinishing-related preparation and painting.
• Excellent attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ability to remain calm and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience & Confidence in working with 1k Cellulose Paint & Spray Guns
• Ability to work on your feet all day in a fast-paced youthful environment.

Important Bits:
• This role is not open to recruitment agencies
• We’re looking for someone ready to start ASAP ideally with no notice period
Working Hours:
8:30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Overtime available at double time throughout the year)
1 Hour lunch break or 30 minutes and 2 x 15-minute breaks.
Holiday:
20 Days bank holidays (also your birthday off)
