The Role

We are seeking an inspiring Music Teacher to teach across KS3 and KS4. This is a full-time role starting in January 2026 and may become permanent for the right candidate. You will be responsible for planning and delivering dynamic and engaging lessons that develop musical skills, creativity, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality and engaging Music lessons
• Inspire students’ musical growth and creative expression
• Support student progress, achievement, and well-being
• Work collaboratively with the wider teaching and performing arts team
• Maintain an inclusive and positive classroom environment
• Follow school policies and behaviour management procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
• Strong subject knowledge in Music and effective teaching strategies
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A creative, positive, and adaptable attitude
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
