As a Mentor, you will:
As a Mentor, you'll play a vital role in improving young people's:
- Social-emotional outcomes
- School attendance
- Engagement with education and support programmes
You'll be a listener, motivator, supporter, role model, and facilitator of learning-helping young people navigate challenges and unlock their potential.

Essential & Desirable Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young people
To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide references upon request
- Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
