An excellent permanent opportunity is available for a motivated Estimator to join a leading specialist in property construction, refurbishment, and maintenance in the south of England.
The ideal candidate should have a trades background and first-hand knowledge of construction processes, along with the ability to price using first principles.
This position offers a basic salary of circa £55,000, with the potential for an uplift after a three-month probation period.
Additional benefits include a brand new company vehicle, 28 days of holiday plus one for your birthday, and a bonus scheme following probation.
The role requires a driven individual who is a good team player and problem solver, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.

Estimator Duties & Specification:

Pricing extension & refurbishment projects
Quantifying price for labour & material uplift
Obtain supplier quotes
Prepare full submission from enquiry to submission.

The ideal candidate will come from a trades background with first hand knowledge of construction processes and able to price using first principles.
