We are recruiting for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join the delivery team on a fit out scheme in Portsmouth.

The project is to fit out an existing building into a new walk in clinic and is approx 10 million on a JCT form of contract and duration is approx 50 weeks.

The role is to manage the procurement of a number of packages as well as cost plans and management of the on site packages,

You will prepare payment certificates and verify valuations and manage the variation accounts on site. You will look after CVR and financial reporting and support the delivery and design teams to ensure defect free, on time completion.

It is an immediate start for the right candidate and the role is outside IR35.
