Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor background for a utility client between Southampton and Portsmouth.
The role will be site based near to Portsmouth will be focused on packages for major utilities projects, looking for experience working for the main contractor or a consultancy. NEC3/NEC4. This is on a freelance basis, outside of IR35.

DURATION: Rolling 12 Month Contract - Outside of IR35
LOCATION: Portsmouth Region - Four days onsite / One Remote per week
PAYROLL: Outside of IR35 / Ltd Company
5+ years experience
Ideally utilities, gas or power projects - utility frameworks
CAPEX OR OPEX Projects
Civils, Mechanical or Electrical package understanding
NEC3/NEC4 contracts experience
Happy with site based working
The ideal candidate will have working history with engineering, maintenance or construction projects, ideally within the utility sector. They will consider candidates with other experience in large utility frameworks. They require experience with either NEC3/NEC4 contracts, this is the contract model of the framework.
